PROMOTE COLLECTIVE EFFICIENCY

This approach is being implemented with a view to the upcoming move to its new industrial site, based in Venette, in 2024.
All line managers are involved in this process, including Matra Electronique Management Committee.
A total of six working groups were set up. Each group benefits from four days of collective work in the premises of FP Consultants over a period of four months, plus individual support throughout the project with one of the three consultants.
The first two groups started in December 2022. Groups 3 and 4 in January 2023. The approach will be deployed until the end of the year.
Matra Electronique's management has commissioned FP consultants company, based in Margny Les Compiègne, to structure and harmonize its managerial culture in performance management with a view to optimizing collective efficiency.
